BestPT is a CRM (client relationship management) software based in Tampa, Florida servicing hundreds of physical therapy clients across the U.S. New to social media marketing- they needed help creating a direction for their brand voice, and social media content. A wide range of educational + promotional content was used to build their credibility online.
I came to them with an idea to collaborate with the Wounded Warrior Project in a donation based campaign I called "Like to Donate." With the hope of winning them community engagement online + positive press, we launched a mini-Facebook ad campaign which blew open their original pledge of $500 for 500 likes on Facebook.
Overall the campaign was not nearly as successful as its potential - but the strategy remains to be a gem- collaboration between charity + business.
